The African Cup of Nations may be coming to a close today with the final to be played between Ivory Coast and Ghana, but the entertainment just keeps on coming. The latest whacky incident to take place at the tournament is all thanks to DR Congo goalkeeper Robert Kidiaba.

The 39 year old represented his national side in the Third Place Playoff match between DR Congo and Equatorial Guinea on Saturday. The game ended 0-0 after 120 minutes and hence went on to penalties, where the veteran goalkeeper pulled of a crazy back flip in an attempt to unsettle his opponent. His efforts did not go in vain as DR Congo did indeed win the match 4-2 on penalties, but the fun and games did not stop there as Kidiaba took the opportunity to pull off his famous “bum shuffle celebration”.

Check out the videos below to see the backflip and his trademark “bum shuffle”.
