Livingston captain Jason Talbot was lucky not to have a disciplinary panel inquiry set against him after making a horror tackle on Hearts midfielder Sam Nicholson. The home team captain made the shocking challenge on his opponent right on the stroke of half time with the away team in the lead by a goal to nil and exactly how he escaped with only a yellow is an absolute mystery. Nicholson was pictured after the game with puncture marks on his face and stitches above his right eye.
