Former England striker Emile Heskey is currently back in the UK in order to look for a new club after his deal with Australian side Newcastle Jets came to an end. The ex-Liverpool, Wigan and Villa man was presented with an ideal opportunity to advertise his skills while on a popular TV show where he had to put a ball through a hole in the wall. Check out the video below to see what happens.

I, along with most other people, make it a point to not make fun of things that people don’t choose but this current situation is absolutely ridiculous. Dutch midfielder Wesley Sneijder was forced to stand quite a bit away from his team mates as they lined before their Euro 2016 qualifier against the Czech Republic because the mascot he was assigned was in fact as tall as him!

Poor old Wesley!

Whoever was given the job of assigning mascots must surely have done this on purpose as the taller players were paired up with shorter mascots. This is also not the first time such a thing has happened. France midfielder Mathieu Valbuena had to endure the same fate as the mascot he was assigned prior to his team’s World Cup quarter final match against Germany was once again as tall as him! Similarly, Paul Pogba, the tallest Frenchman on the field that day once again had the shortest mascot.
