Sahabi writhes around in pain as his ankle is twisted almost 180 degress
A Saudi Arabian footballer suffered one of the most horrific injuries to ever occur in the game of football. Emad Sahabi suffered a terrifying ankle break while playing for Al Orubah against Al Shoalah.
