Costa Rica superstar Paulo Wanchope may have hung up his boots a long while ago, but the former striker has not snapped all ties with the game that he so loved. The former Manchester City star is currently the manager of the Costa Rican national side although he is in the news now for all the wrong reasons. Wanchope has been filmed brawling with a security guard during an Under-23 game between his side and Panama.
The video shows the former striker lashing out at a man who then attacks the former Hammer. His position has come under scrutiny following this outrageous incident and it is understood that he could be sacked from his job as the national team’s coach.
