Mathieu Flamini was left in an awkward mess as he thought he’d won the MOTM award
Arsenal’s defensive minded midfielder Mathieu Flamini got himself mixed up in a horrible mess during the post Queens Park Rangers interview. The French midfielder was handed the Man of the Match award by the television presenter and saw his face light up with a huge smile. But what he did not know was that he was asked to hand over the award to his colleague Alexis Sanchez, who was declared the true winner of the Barclays Man of the Match award.
