Premier League teams Manchester City and Crystal Palace were involved in a rather uncanny coming together on Friday before their weekend games against Queens Park Rangers and Manchester United respectively.
The two teams crossed each other on a platform at Manchester’s Piccadilly Station as they were travelling to play their respective Premier League games. Manuel Pellegrini’s City side were going to London from Manchester for their game against QPR at Loftus Road.
Crystal Palace on the other hand had just arrived in Manchester from London for their game against Manchester United at Old Trafford. The incident was very similar to the pre-match processions and both sets of players seemed to look at the lighter side of this.
